Retaining Wall Specialist
Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Retaining Wall Specialist to develop growth and technical support of our Retainer-Rock® retaining wall system, along with our walling systems. This role combines technical expertise, business development and project support to drive specification, sales and successful project completion, providing guidance to customers, engineers, contractors and developers throughout the project lifecycle, becoming the go-to person for all things walling.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build relationships with engineers, groundworks, developers, contractors, local authorities, architects and consultants.
- Manage enquiries from initial contact through to project competition
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of projects and specifications
- Provide technical advice, pre-construction and post-sale support
- Review project requirements, drawings and site conditions to recommend suitable walling systems
- Assist customers with layouts, quantities, installation and project planning
- Support the preparation of technical documentation, design guidance and installation manuals.
- Prepare quotations and estimates
- Work closely with production and despatch to ensure smooth project execution
- Support contractors during installation, providing practical guidance on best practices
- Support the development of new products and market sectors
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience within retaining walls, civil engineering or related construction sectors
- Technical understand of retaining wall design and construction
- Experience in a technical sales, specification sales or project management role
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Customer-focused with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Team player with the ability to work independently

Specialist Projects Manager
Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and commercially aware Specialist Projects Manager to oversee the successful delivery of bespoke precast concrete products, along with our Retainer-Rock retaining wall system.
This role will act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams, managing projects from initial enquiry and technical review through design coordination, manufacture, delivery and project completion.
The successful person will combine strong project management skills with technical knowledge, commercial awareness and customer relationship management to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project programmes and monitor progress against agreed timelines
- Manage specialist and bespoke projects from enquiry through to completion
- Prepare quotations and estimates
- Coordinate all activities between all stakeholders, including customers, production, despatch and site teams, providing regular progress updates to all involved.
- Act as the primary contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, engineers and consultants
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Quality Assurance Assistant
Job Description:
At Elite Precast, we are all about teamwork and continuous improvement to ensure we offer the best products and quality available. To support this, we are looking for someone to join our Quality Assurance team, reporting to our Quality Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
The position involves the daily collection and testing of both concrete samples and finished products. You will be responsible for carrying out testing using our on-site laboratory equipment to provide evidence of conformity of our products to British Standards.
This role will progress to organising and managing British Standards assessment visits and other quality related procedures, as your experience progresses.
Daily liaison with manufacturing and sales operations will be necessary.
Skills and Experience:
- Basic use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is desirable
On the job training will be provided with the potential for an external professional qualification (University level) and career progression within the business.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Office Administrator to support our Sales Team by managing customer and project information, maintaining CRM data accuracy and providing essential administrative support across the sales function. The Sales Office Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales office by maintaining accurate customer and project records, supporting sales processes, managing CRM data and assisting with day-to-day administration.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, confident working with data and systems and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the company CRM system with accurate customer, project and opportunity information.
- Ensure all customer contacts, project details and sales activities are accurately recorded.
- Monitor CRM data quality and identify missing or incomplete information.

- Update project status information and ensure accurate reporting.
