Elite spreads festive cheer on christmas jumper day to support Save the Children
Elite Precast Concrete has swapped their hi-vis for holly today, as staff proudly pulled on their most colourful, quirky, and downright outrageous festive jumpers in support of Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day.
The annual charity event, known for bringing a splash of fun to workplaces and communities nationwide, saw the Elite Precast team come together once again to raise funds for children in the UK and around the world.
From classic snowflake knits to flashing LED reindeer creations and even an elf, employees embraced the Christmas spirit with enthusiasm—and a shared commitment to making a positive difference.
“We’re incredibly proud of our team,” said Owen Batham, Sales and Marketing Director for Elite Precast Concrete. “Christmas Jumper Day is always a highlight in our calendar. It’s a chance to have a bit of festive fun while supporting a fantastic cause. Save the Children’s work changes lives, and we’re delighted to contribute.”
Collection buckets, donation links, and a friendly jumper-themed competition helped the company raise funds for the charity. Every pound donated will go towards providing essentials such as food, healthcare, and education for vulnerable children.
Christmas Jumper Day has become a cherished tradition at Elite Precast Concrete, reflecting the company’s commitment to community engagement and charitable giving.
“As a business, supporting children and families’ matters deeply to us,” Owen added. “We’re grateful to everyone who donated and took part—together we’ve made a real difference.”
