Instead of traditional poured concrete bases, Shropshire Homes opted for Elite Precast’s precast Silo Foundation Base Slabs on their latest project in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.

The prestigious development, which includes 104 new homes in Phase 1, required a practical and cost-effective method for supporting site silos throughout construction.

These heavy-duty foundation slabs are designed to provide an instant, stable platform for silos and can be easily relocated as the site layout evolves — saving time, cost, and resources over the course of the project.
