Local support and talent see a historic start to partnership

Telford Town Football Club have etched their name in local football history, completing a sensational treble after a season defined by grit, unity and ambition have capped off their remarkable campaign by lifting the Shropshire Challenge Cup, adding to their earlier victories in the West Midlands (Regional) Premier League and the Powell Cup.

“These victories are monumental for Telford Town FC. It’s not just about winning trophies – it’s about the incredible work and dedication that has gone into this season. Our players, supporters and local community have all played a part in this success and I couldn’t be prouder,” said Chairman Hayden Dando.

The 2024/5 season has been a transformative one for Telford Town. Under the leadership of Chairman Hayden Dando, who took over in 2024, the club has not only achieved unprecedented success on the pitch but has also expanded its reach off it.

The launch of youth teams from Under 7s to Under 15s and the introduction of a women’s section reflect a commitment to nurturing local talent and fostering community spirit.
