As one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of precast concrete retaining wall systems, interlocking concrete blocks and bespoke precast solutions, we continue to experience increasing demand across a wide range of sectors, including construction, infrastructure, industrial, agricultural, recycling, renewable energy and environmental projects.

To support this growth, we are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Assistant, Retaining Wall Specialist, Special Projects Manager and Sales Office Administrator.

Based at our manufacturing facility in Telford, these roles offer ambitious and motivated individuals the opportunity to join a dynamic team at the forefront of innovation in the precast concrete industry.

Quality Assurance Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Assistant to help maintain the exceptional standards of quality and compliance that underpin the company’s reputation.

The successful candidate will support product inspections, quality documentation, process monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring all products consistently meet customer expectations and industry requirements.
This role would suit an organised individual with a passion for quality management and a desire to develop their career within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Retaining Wall Specialist

With growing demand for our innovative retaining wall solutions, we are looking to appoint a Retaining Wall Specialist to provide technical expertise and support to customers, contractors, engineers and project teams.

The successful applicant will play a key role in promoting Elite’s market-leading retaining wall systems, including the Legato® and Retainer-Rock® ranges.

Responsibilities will include advising on design and application, supporting project delivery and helping clients identify the most effective and sustainable solutions for their projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of developments across the UK while contributing to the continued success of one of the industry’s most recognised retaining wall specialists.

Special Projects Manager

We are also recruiting a Special Projects Manager to oversee bespoke and high-profile projects from concept through to completion.

The role will involve coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing project timelines, ensuring technical requirements are achieved and delivering exceptional outcomes for customers.

Candidates with strong project management experience, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are encouraged to apply.

Sales Office Administrator

To complete the team, we are recruiting for a Sales Office Administrator. This key role will support the sales function by maintaining accurate customer and project records, managing CRM data, coordinating enquiries and providing essential administrative support across the business.

We are seeking a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and experience in office administration and CRM systems.
